Lunch time creative moment
The other day I put my little tiny set of watercolors and a brush in my bag for work. I had decided that instead of messing around on my phone or browsing online on the computer while I sat and ate my lunch I would have a creative moment. Its my lunch hour so I can do whatever I want to do during it so why not a little painting! I really enjoyed doing that, taking a moment to be creative was just what I needed that day. It helped me feel refreshed and ready to begin my work day again after lunch.
